OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES/DC WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ACCOUNT ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND PARTICIPANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

“Cereal’s #1 Biggest Fan: Cereal Team Points” is a points program (“Program”) sponsored by General Mills, Inc. (“Sponsor”), 1 General Mills Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55426, and is administered by Promotion Management Center, Inc. (“Administrator”), 31205 Falcon Avenue, Stacy, MN 55079. The Program is offered in conjunction with Sponsor’s “Cereal’s #1 Biggest Fan” contest promotion.

1. PROGRAM PERIOD: Program Period begins July 13, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on December 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM CT. The Administrator’s computer is the official clock for the Program.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Program is open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States/D.C. and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at time of registration. Employees, directors, officers, independent contractors (including influencers and endorsers) and agents of Sponsor, Administrator and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers and other persons/entities involved in the Program (collectively, “Program Entities”), competitors of General Mills cereal brands, as well as the members of each of their immediate families (i.e., spouse, parent, grandparent, sibling, child, grandchild and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, all lineal descendants, including those by adoption, regardless of where they reside) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Participation in the Program constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these “Official Rules” and Sponsor’s/Administrator’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. Participants are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any registration information provided, as discussed below. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for unauthorized access to any registration information provided, and any activity regarding same will be deemed to have been performed by that Participant.

3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM: During the Program Period, a Participant will access www.BiggestFanContest.com (“Program Website”). Once on the Program Website, Participants may register for the Program by providing certain information and selecting Lucky Charms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese’s Puffs OR Honey Nut Cheerios as their “Cereal Team” (once selected, choice of Cereal Team cannot be changed. The objective of the Program is to accumulate the most Cereal Team Points for your selected Cereal Team.

A Participant may score Cereal Team Points for their selected Cereal Team by engaging in designated activities on the Program Website, such as by completing surveys and playing games in full compliance with the instructions governing the designated activity as posted on the Program Website. Sponsor and Administrator will determine in their sole discretion whether a Participant has completed a designated activity in full compliance with the accompanying instructions and will be issued Cereal Team Points for doing so. Completion of designated activity in full compliance with the applicable instructions will result in receipt of five (5) Cereal Team Points for the participant’s selected Cereal Team. However, upon posting notice to such effect on the Program Website, Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the number of Cereal Team Points available for successfully completing a given activity.

Participants may also choose to enter Sponsor’s “Cereal’s #1 Biggest Fan” contest promotion in full compliance with the official rules of the contest promotion. By doing so, a participant will receive twenty (20) Cereal Team Points for the selected Cereal Team. An individual may only enter the “Cereal’s #1 Biggest Fan” contest promotion once and thereby receive twenty (20) Cereal Team Points. See the official rules for the “Cereal’s #1 Biggest Fan” contest promotion for full restrictions on entering same.

Sponsor further reserves the right to (a) offer certain activities only for a limited amount of time during the Program Period and (b) to add or remove activities from the Program, without notice or liability of any kind. A Participant may only be permitted to receive Cereal Team Points by completing a certain designated activity a limited number of times as indicated in the instructions for the activity; and, after such limit has been attained, no additional Cereal Team Points will be available to that Participant by completing such activity. Use of automated, robotic or programmed means of engaging in activities to receive Cereal Team Points is prohibited and any Cereal Team Points received thereby are void and will not be counted toward the applicable Cereal Team’s total number of Cereal Team Points. Receipt of Cereal Team Points for completing an activity may be subject to additional restrictions as fully set forth in the accompanying instructions; by way of example only, a minimum score may be required in order to receive Cereal Team Points for completing a game. IMPORTANT: If participating via a mobile device, message and data rates apply. Not all mobile telephone providers carry the necessary service to participate in this Program. Participants should consult their wireless provider’s pricing plans.

4. POINTS: Points will be used by Sponsor and Administrator solely for the purpose of tracking Participants’ engagement in the Program. Participants have no property right or interest in Cereal Team Points. Cereal Team Points cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and have no inherent value. Cereal Team Points are only valid if issued by Sponsor as set forth herein. Any attempt to transfer, buy, sell or trade Cereal Team Points is void and of no legal effect; any such action by Participant will result in voiding of such Cereal Team Points and they will not be counted toward the applicable Cereal Team’s total number of Cereal Team Points. Cereal Team Points will expire at the conclusion of the Program Period. In the event the Program is abbreviated, cancelled, terminated, or suspended pursuant to Section 7, all Cereal Team Points will be forfeited upon such termination. Participants who are disqualified will result in applicable Cereal Team forfeiting all Cereal Team Points previously earned by such disqualified Participant.

5. LEADER BOARD: The Program Website will include a leader board showing the number of Cereal Team Points accumulated by each of the Cereal Teams. The Cereal Team Points reflected on the leader board may not be current at any given time. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to update Cereal Team Points totals and the leader board from time to time including without limitation to correct errors and/or address anomalies as determined in their sole discretion, without notice or liability of any kind. The Cereal Team with the most Cereal Team Points will be announced on the Program Website and perhaps otherwise on or about January 15, 2027. Participants expressly acknowledge and agree that Sponsor’s determination of the Cereal Team with the most Cereal Team Points is final and binding.

6. GENERAL: The official rules of the “Cereal’s #1 Biggest Fan” contest promotion and the instructions for engaging in any activity to receive Cereal Team Points are both incorporated herein by reference and made a part of these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules on the one hand and the official rules of the “Cereal’s #1 Biggest Fan” contest promotion on the other, the official rules of the “Cereal’s #1 Biggest Fan” contest promotion will prevail and govern as to the contest promotion and in all other cases these Official Rules will prevail and govern. In the event of any discrepancy between these Official Rules on the one hand and the instructions for engaging in a given activity to receive Cereal Team Points on the other, the instructions for engaging in a given activity to receive Cereal Team Points will prevail and govern as to the availability of Cereal Team Points in that specific instance and in all other cases these Official Rules will prevail and govern.

A Participant may voluntarily withdraw from the Program at any time (as opposed to being disqualified from the Program) by emailing contact@biggestfancontest.com with the subject line “Program Withdrawal” and including the Participant’s name and registered email address. Upon withdrawal, all Cereal Team Points previously earned by the withdrawing Participant will be retained by the applicable Cereal Team, but no further points may be earned for the applicable Cereal Team by that Participant. Withdrawal from the Program does not affect such Participant’s entry into the “Cereal’s #1 Biggest Fan” contest promotion, which is governed by its own official rules.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Program, Participants agree that the Program Entities, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers and each their respective officers, directors, stockholders, employees, representatives, designees and agents (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable notifications; (ii) any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; (iii) garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/Website/UseNet accessibility, availability or traffic congestion; (iv) any technical, mechanical, printing or typographical or other error; (v) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information when participating in the Program or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information; (vi) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access; (vii) any injury or damage, whether personal or property, to Participants or to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Program; and (viii) Program participation, Cereal Team Points or notifications that are late, forged, lost, misplaced, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, unrecorded or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

By participating in the Program, each Participant agrees: (i) to be bound by these Official Rules; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to these Official Rules; (iii) to waive all of their rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against any of the Released Parties in connection with the Program; and (iv) to forever and irrevocably agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims, lawsuits, judgments, causes of action, proceedings, demands, fines, penalties, liability, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) the Program, including, but not limited to, any Program-related activity or element thereof, and the Participant’s inability to participate in the Program and/or to receive Cereal Team Points in the Program; (b) human error; (c) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of the Released Parties; or (d) the negligence or willful misconduct by a participant.

If, for any reason, the Program is not capable of running as planned, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Program is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to abbreviate, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Program and/or proceed with the Program in a manner it deems fair and reasonable.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. DISPUTES: THIS PROGRAM IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS TO CONTRACTS BEING MADE AND PERFORMED THEREIN, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE CHOICE OF LAW/CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES WHICH WOULD RESULT IN THE APPLICATION OF THE LAW OF ANY JURISIDICTION OTHER THAN MINNESOTA. IF THE CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY JAMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“JAMS RULES”). THE JAMS RULES FOR SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN MINNESOTA. ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH WILL BE CONDUCTED IN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA. THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES WHICH SHALL BE NO MORE THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO RESCIND THIS AGREEMENT OR SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY PARTICIPANT AND/OR PROGRAM ENTITIES AND/OR ANY OTHER PARTY SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE END OF THE PROGRAM PERIOD, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

9. PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected in connection with the Program will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.generalmills.com/privacy-security/us-english-privacy-policy.

10. GENERAL: This Program is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Program is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Any attempted form of participation in the Program other than as described herein is void and will result in disqualification. Sponsor/Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole and absolute opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Program, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or to be acting with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Program. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the Program will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. In all cases of disqualification, any corresponding Cereal Team Points received by the disqualified individual will be deemed void and will not be counted toward the applicable Cereal Team’s total number of Cereal Team Points. Any content submitted by Participant in engaging in any activity becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Program Entities are not responsible for any lost, late, undeliverable/undelivered online attempt to participate in the Program. In the event of any conflict with any Program details contained in these Official Rules and Program details contained in Program materials (including, but not limited to, point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Program as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail. These Official Rules may be modified by Sponsor and/or we may cease offering the Program at any time. YOU AGREE THAT WE MAY NOTIFY YOU OF OTHER OFFICIAL RULES BY POSTING THEM ON THE PROGRAM WEBSITE (OR IN ANY OTHER REASONABLE MANNER OF NOTICE WHICH WE ELECT), AND THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AFTER SUCH NOTICE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE NEW OFFICIAL RULES. This Program is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any attempted form of participation in this Program other than as described herein is void; and, any Cereal Team Points received thereby will be deemed void and will not be counted toward the applicable Cereal Team’s total number of Cereal Team Points. CAUTION AND WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE THE PROGRAM OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROGRAM IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All materials submitted will not be returned.
